Visconde de Mauá

Refúgio MAUÁ
The Itatiaia National Park, founded in 1937, has the honor of being the first national park in Brazil.
Here, where the Atlantic Forest meets the imposing Serra da Mantiqueira, lies our Refúgio in Visconde de Mauá.
What was once a farm dedicated to milk and cheese production, accessible only by horseback, has now been transformed into a haven, surrounded by abundant waters and native araucaria trees.
Our Refúgio has two rooms, onde suite and accommodates up to 8 guests.
