"The farm is incredible, very well maintained. The house is charming and fully equipped. Everything was clean and decorated with flowers, so meticulous. Everything was tasteful and of high quality. The staff was very kind and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. I have no words for the view."

"Fantastic experience! The place exceeded our expectations. The house is located on a farm with a stunning view of the Sincorá mountain range. Very comfortable and well-decorated, impeccably clean, with brand-new bedding and towels, and all the kitchenware you need for a practical and immersive stay in a region of unique beauty."

The Region
Fazenda Bonfim invites those seeking a genuine adventure far from the more well-known touristic circuits, offering a deep dive into the rural and authentic heart of the region.
This natural sanctuary is home to impressive waterfalls such as Fumacinha, Licuri, and Buracão.
Beyond its natural beauty, the region also boasts a rich cultural heritage — from Mucugê, with its history tied to gemstone mining, to Igatu, with its cobblestone streets and charming atmosphere.
Fumacinha Waterfall

Considered one of the most beautiful in the region, it is reached through a 18 km round-trip hike along the riverbanks. The hike is challenging, but the rewards are unforgettable.
Licuri
Waterfall

Just 2 km from the farm, Licuri Waterfall emerges from the Sincorá Mountains with an impressive 100-meter drop. The trip can also include a visit to the cave paintings of the 'Raposa' community.
Buracão Waterfall

Located 40 km from the farm, after a hike of just 3 km along the Espalhado River, lies the Buracão Waterfall — the main attraction of the Espalhado Municipal Natural Park (PNME).
Historic City of Mucugê

Mucugê, one of the main centers for gemstone exploration in the 18th century, still preserves the rich history of that era amidst the beautiful mountains that surround it. Today, the city keeps its memory alive with its cobblestone streets and colonial buildings. It is a place that offers visitors a deep dive into the local history and culture.
Igatu
Village

Often referred to as the "Brazilian Machu Picchu," Igatu is a village nestled in one of the most beautiful regions of Chapada Diamantina, about 22 km from Mucugê. The area is a large site protected by IPHAN (National Institute of Historical and Artistic Heritage) and is filled with stone buildings that tell the story of this important period in Chapada Diamantina's history.
Uvva
Winery

Located at Fazenda Progresso in Mucugê, the winery offers a unique experience of tourism and wine production at 1,150 meters above sea level. In just two years, they have developed 12 award-winning labels, winning awards both nationally and internationally. Visitors can participate in exclusive tours led by winemakers, tailored to different audiences.

The farm is located in the Bonfim region, a rural area to the south of Chapada Diamantina.
